This is a big share house which provides free rental bicycle. When you see outside from the kitchen of this house, there is a big park where you can see beautiful Sakura in spring.
You can do some exercise in the park on holidays, or take your time in the livening room.
Although it is located in a residential area, it is very close to the downtown of Osaka.
It is convenient to go to Umeda and Namba from the nearest station, Kitakagaya Station.
The surrounding life functions are abundant, including supermarkets, NITORI home furniture, and UNIQLO.
This house is available for 9 occupants. Size of each room is 6.8～21.0 square meters. All rooms have bed, air-condition, table and storage. There are TV, piano, refrigerator, washing and drying machine, vacuum cleaner, cooker, tableware at common area. There is a bicycles that can be borrowed for free, so you can going out easily.
You can enjoy Sakura blossoms in Someya Park where is in front of the house. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Suminoe Park.
In spring, you can enjoy beautiful Sakura blossoms in the living room. It is also very convenient to hold a night party in Sakura season!

You should pay the service fee 18,000 yen (only once), and fire insurance fee 5,400 yen (per year) when you move in.
Foreigner needs to provide your identified ID card/passport and emergency contact information.
