Move-out request

What to Do Until Vacating

  1. As a general rule, please give notice of cancellation (submission of move-out notice) at least 30 days prior to the move-out (cancellation) date.
    * If you cancel within 30 days, you will be charged 30 days’ worth of rent, common service fees, etc., from the date the move-out notice is submitted.
    * Rent and common service fees for the month of move-out will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
  2. Please complete all change of address procedures for mail (Japan Post, Yamato Transport, etc.) by the move-out date. We do not forward mail after you vacate.
    All mail delivered to the house will be returned or disposed of.
  3. For disposing of unwanted items (futons, food, furniture, etc.), please either bag them in small amounts yourself or dispose of them as bulky waste. If you wish to give them to a roommate, please obtain their consent and inform the staff of the name of the person taking over the items.

    * It takes 3-4 weeks for bulky waste collection in Osaka City. Please make a collection reservation early.

    For those who were too busy to take out the trash
    We can arrange for paid collection by a contractor.

    Basic fee: 5,000 yen
    +45ℓ @500 yen
    +Bulky waste: 1,000 yen per item

  4. If equipment or fixtures are damaged or lost, or if wallpaper or flooring is significantly stained, we will charge a restoration fee.
    * The following cases apply. Please consult with staff for details.

  5. If your move-out (handover) date and time are decided, please inform us using this form.
    If you wish to change the move-out date and time, please reapply using this form.
  6. After removing your belongings, please clean the room (dresser, windows, air conditioner filters, etc.).
    * Please leave the room key, instruction manuals, and remote controls inside the room.
    * Please dispose of everything from your personal spaces in the common areas (refrigerator, pantry, bathroom box). Anything left behind will be disposed of.
  7. As a general rule, we do not conduct a move-out inspection with you present. Please follow the instructions of the staff in charge for your departure. We will contact you 3 days before your move-out date.

    Reason for moving out

    I hereby apply for moving out as stated above.

    In the event of false or fraudulent statements in the contents or submitted documents, or if the applicant, joint guarantor, or other contact information cannot be verified, the ownership of any remaining items will be forfeited in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the contract.

    I permit the management administrator to enter the rental property for move-in guidance.

    Furthermore, upon vacating the premises, if it is determined that I have caused damage to the room, excluding normal wear and tear, due to intentional acts or negligence, I will pay for the restoration costs.
