Each private room is about 5-7.5 tatami in size and comes equipped with a bed, air conditioner, refrigerator, desk, and storage space. The shared areas include a TV, refrigerator, washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, cooking utensils, and tableware, which support a comfortable lifestyle.

Access is also superb. Umeda can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The subway Tanimachi Line, Midosuji Line, Hankyu Lines, JR Lines, and Hanshin Line are all available. The transit to various places is smooth. The surrounding area is abundant with commercial facilities and restaurants. Supermarkets, convenience stores, and the Tenjin Nakazakidori Shopping Street are within walking distance. The Nakazaki Post Office is also nearby.
